We thank you for choosing JDG Jewelers. It is our duty to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. We advise you to please check the pieces you are buying in size or measurements to ensure full satisfaction. Although, JDG Jewelers does not accept refunds, we will be more than happy to exchange it for another piece of the same value or of higher value allowing you to pay only the difference.
Custom pieces such as bracelets or chains with personalization, rings that were sized are not able to be credited due to the time invested in the customization. Also, clearance or sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. JDG advises to insure using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the value of the pieces shipped as JDG Jewelers is not responsible if piece does not arrive, arrives damaged or other shipping accidents occur. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
